Refund policy

Thank you so much for your support! I want you to be happy with your purchase, so here’s everything you need to know about refunds and returns:

🖨️ Digital Products (e.g. downloadable colouring pages)

All digital product sales are final. Because these items are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” I’m unable to offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your download or the file itself, please get in touch — I’ll do my best to make it right!

📦 Physical Products (e.g. printed colouring books & stickers)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, I’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Just email me within 7 days of delivery at colourmevirgo@gmail.com, including:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A short description of the issue

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns for reasons like change of mind, but please reach out if there’s a problem — I truly want you to have a great experience.
