The Brain Tumour Charity

Almost 14 years ago, my dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour. After treatment, we hoped our lives could move forward — but it returned a couple of years ago, and again this summer. It’s been incredibly difficult seeing him go through this time and again. This charity funds life-saving research and provides support to families like ours who live with the fear, uncertainty, and challenges that come with this diagnosis.

MS Society

Not long after his first cancer diagnosis, my dad was also diagnosed with MS. I’ve seen how this has impacted his life and how deeply it affects physical ability and everyday independence. The MS Society works to fund research, offer support, and push for better treatments for everyone living with this condition.

Crohn’s & Colitis UK

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s in February 2020, and it’s changed every aspect of my life. My physical health, mental health, my career, and more. It’s a hidden disability that nobody really understands unless they’ve lived it too. Crohn’s & Colitis UK provides vital support, awareness, and research that helps people like me live with these conditions.
